King’s Media – Coaching Offer Discounted Enrollment Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: May 1st, 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the payment terms for clients enrolling in King’s Media’s Coaching Program under the discounted offer.

By submitting payment of the deposit, the client (“You”) agrees to the following terms:

1. Discounted Coaching Offer

You are receiving a $1,000 discount on the standard coaching enrollment fee of $7,500. The discounted total is $6,500, available as part of a promotional incentive.

2. Deposit Payment & Agreement Activation

To secure this discounted rate:

  • You must pay a non-refundable deposit of $1,000.

  • This deposit confirms your enrollment and locks in your discounted rate.

  • No onboarding or coaching preparation will begin until the deposit is received.

3. Non-Refundable Deposit

  • The $1,000 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • This protects the time, preparation, and resources allocated to your coaching experience.

  • Changing your mind, scheduling issues, or business interruptions do not qualify for a refund.

4. Onboarding Call Scheduling

  • Once the deposit is received, you’ll receive a payment link and scheduling link for the onboarding call.

  • The call must be scheduled within 7 days of receiving the link, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Failure to schedule may result in forfeiture of the discounted rate and deposit.

5. Final Payment

  • The remaining $5,500 is due on or before your scheduled onboarding call.

  • Full payment is required before the coaching engagement officially begins.

  • If payment is not completed by the scheduled date, the call will be canceled and deposit forfeited.

6. Rescheduling & Delays

  • You may reschedule your onboarding call with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • King’s Media reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Canceling or failing to complete your payment will result in loss of your deposit and discounted rate.

  • Reapplying will require a new agreement, and previous discounts may not apply.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your deposit, you confirm that you:

  • Have reviewed and agreed to these Terms in full.

  • Understand the deposit is non-refundable.

  • Agree to pay the remaining $5,500 on or before the onboarding call.
